Dip moulding or immersion lines are one of our specialties. We have already been able to design and build various machines within this sector. It is always a challenge to put together an efficient system that meets the strict requirements set by our clients. Dipping requires a specific movement of the molds to prevent air inclusions or drips. In addition, a product may not change in composition over time.

One of our major clients uses several machine lines developed by us to produce small products in large series. Lead time of the production process and uniformity of the end product are essential. In collaboration with the product developers, we first devise the process and then the working method within the machine.

Our specific knowledge is a welcome addition.
