Mechanical engineering within TST GROUP consists of designing and building innovative machines and production lines with the aim of achieving more efficient business operations for the client.
A major advantage for you is that we do the engineering in-house, based on your requirements. Where our engineers think they can benefit you even more, we will discuss this with you to create the most ideal solution. The output, reliability and of course the cost aspect are here important criteria.
We like to remain involved throughout the lifespan of the machine. Maintenance and service will also be included of course. If there is a need for an upgrade or re-design at the end of the economic or technical lifespan of the machine, we will be happy to discuss this with you.
If there are no standard machinery for your production process, special engineering and construction is a must. TST Machinery has extensive experience in designing and building unique machinery specifically engineered to a technical issue.
In that case, our own engineers are happy to think along with you to create the most efficient design together. In the inventory phase, they clearly identify your wishes and requirements and translate them into a cost-effective design.
By using modern CAD applications they can create a 3D digital view design (rendered image). After your approval of this design, they start producing a complete 3D model with technical drawings. This is the basis for the machine to be built. The necessary strength calculations are carried out for the critical parts. With these calculations the behavior, stiffness and strength of the machine parts can be predicted.
Intelligent software is nowadays an absolutely necessary cause to achieve an efficient production process. Another reason why TST Machinery is the right place to be.
We can also support you with our Service & Maintenance Department after delivery of the machine. From there we can take care of any spare parts, preventive maintenance, fault analysis, overhaul and reparations for you.
